Thank you to all the students for their contribution to our Remembrance Day commemoration services held at both Lower and Upper school on 11th November. The students were impeccable in their behaviour and showed a respect and regard that was very mature. Thanks also to Nicola Quick for coordinating proceedings, Claire Sutherland and Darren Jones for reading poems at the start of the services, and to Kieran Johnstone (Y13) and Reg White (Y9) for playing the Last Post and Reveille to signify the start and end of our two minute silence.Many other staff, too many to mention, should also be acknowledged for their time involved in making poppies, creating displays and extending our commemoration to the classroom learning.
